Outage Friday, May 08, 2009 at 11:11 PM Well that was a fun 8 hours of downtime. Looks like primary load balancer died, the backup didn't automatically take over (as it should and has in the past) which combined with no one being at the datacenter as it was 3am-6am has caused a longer than acceptable downtime. Compensation will be handed out tomorrow but right now I need to get some sleep. Hopefully most of you were also sleeping and missed it. |
