thats easy follow these steps.....
1Eexam poster(when u go to phone booth)
2.Go to red light district
3.Climb on up
4.Climb down fire escape
5.Listen at front door until guards mention flipping coins
6.Go back to guard tower
7.Examine room
8.Examine loose plank
9.Stomp on loose plank
