I have began offering loans for hobos who are credit worthy. I will loan cash, tokens and even points. The terms of the loan are different depending on who I am loaning to. Generally I will loan an amount with a 10% upfront interest charge. Each loan will have an interest free period that the loan can be paid back in without any additional interest. After that period every week interest will be charged at the beginning of the week.

For example, if I loan out 1 million dollars for 2 weeks with 5% interest, the repayment would look like this.
Day 1 - Loaned 1 million, Total Loan Amount Due 1.1 million
Day 7 - Repaid 500k, Total Loan Amount Due 600k
Day 14 - Repaid 250k, Total Loan Amount Due 350k
Day 15 - Interest Charged, Total Loan Amount Due 367500
Day 17 - Repaid 250k, Total Loan Amount Due 117500
Day 22 - Interest Charged, Total Loan Amount Due 123375
Day 25 - Repaid 123375, Loan Repaid
