Attack changes Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 4:27 PM Two changes have been made to who you can attack. 1. You can now hit gang members. There's a 20% exp tax. Also, no gang points are gained from such fights. 2. The formula for fight ranges has been simplified greatly. It's now: min: player level - 200 max: player level + 200 |
