You need to be level 5.

They are found on the South side of the city at the Pet Shop.

There are 3 sizes of cage

•I'll take the 1 slot cage [$50,000]
•I'll take the 2 slot cage [$250,000]
•I'll take the 3 slot cage [$500,000 - Donator only]

It's advisable to get the biggest you can afford as it gives you the most flexibility and options.

Energy - Your rat's amount of Awake - you gain 5T every 20 minutes
Agility - Determines the number of hits your rat gives in a fight.
Strength - Determines the amount of damage your rat does to an opponent
Vitality - Your rat's amount of life
Concentration - Determines how much defence your rat puts up to an opponent

For every level your rat gains you earn 1 Mastery Point.
Mastery points give you a gain in either

TRAINING MASTERY -Boosts your rat stat gain by .01
SPEED MASTERY - +2% agi in combat +1.5% to sprint in combat
DAMAGE MASTERY - +2% str in combat +1% Chance to overpower opponent in combat
DEFENSE MASTERY - +2% con in combat +1% Chance to Dodge in combat
BUDDHISM - Not yet used
VEGETARIANISM - Adds 2 days to your rats lifespan

A rat's Index is a measurement of total stats. The higher your rat's stats, the higher your rat's index. You can only battle rats that are close to your index level.
